I seem to have noticed this is causing a problem for me i don't know about other people there have been people talking about it.The lack of sensei's especially ones in different timezones GMT + etc.... as there are a fair few in -GMT its not helping everyone?Just a suggestion when picking sensei's when doing tests i think there should be more about as there are people capable of being sensei's.What do you guys think?

I think thats what the semapi's are there for. they take over when the sensei is not able to train

Things just stopped moving suddenly cause both BiBi and Nexus can't be online at the moment. And the whole battle system is frozen now.

This could also refer to more mods as you say they can't be here or maybe an idea substitute mods for e.g. like a substitute teacher,a stand in mod while there away(i don't know if this would work or not it is just a suggestion)or as gats says temp sensei's

That could be something :sUhm, off the top of my head? Temporary sensei status
but from the 4 mods, only Nexus, BiBi and I have powers there.
So you understand i cannot act alone^^
And when I tried to do something about the custom jutsus, people just attacked me for no reason, without even listening to my suggestions.
I really want to keep things moving, but can you imagine what will happen if i act alone? and without the other mods presence?
also i am a new mod here, people do not trust me enough and i do not blame them, and the only one left to handle all rp sections the last days :S
None, and I mean none, has a word at this.
Moderators are chosen only from the admins, if they decide to get more people they will, just that ^^

Look I know its frustrating only having two mods on here for the past week or so, and yes more mods would be helpful considering the fact that just having two is extremely hard. But please I ask you all to be a little more patient and things will get settled. I know some of ya will say but we have been patient long enough and you know what I have to say Tuff be more patient because your obviously not doing so now because for the past two weeks Rei and I have been busting our butts to keep y'all happy while the other two are out and now it is getting really hard. Being asked to do this and that and that and this but please will all of you calm down and wait and please go easier on us XD its really stressful right now.
