There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Are giant snakes, often summoned by Orochimaru during battle. There are many different kinds of Kyodaija. For instance, the Kyodaija that was summoned during the invasion of Konoha had marks on its skin similar to the Cursed Seal of Heaven, while the ones summoned by Orochimaru in the Forest of Death had no such marks. Anko Mitarashi also summoned a blue-colored snake of similar size.

And we land safely on this huge snake's back ( the snake's like one In forest of death ).

1) The water wouldnt flush out the tar because if you're directing it towards me, your not using it below you where the tar is initially created. Though you can use it to block the tags and such, Also; it is a supplementary meaning its not an offensive attack, so it wouldnt cause me harm.

2) The fire would develop into a fire tornado to overcome you, although this attack would work for such things as a drilling wind bullet, for a tornado on the otherhand, no.

on that note; you're still trapped within a pit of tar where your left standing on your sunken snake, engulfed and burnt by a fire tornado.

Because attributes of wind assist in combining with fire to create an even stronger attack. The tornado is coming down from above, meaning that aswell as just wind, the force is pushing down onto it aswell. You releasing fire into the eye of the tornado just creates the winds to become mixed with the fire, so it doesnt effectively counter it, it just combines with the fire.
