Pft, the only training you've given to people is the 1 post, 1 jutsu method :p

There are two points to a sensei "payment":

1. It may attract more people to become senseis. Let's face it: most people don't teach for a 'pure' cause, they're motivated by what they themselves selfishly want.

2. It could be a reward for the hardwork of existing senseis... just a small token of appreciation. People are rewarded all the time for things that they voluntarily do. The Nobel Prize, for example, is given to people who do work willingly. People receive rewards for things they 'voluntarily' do all the time.

People shouldn't want to become senseis because of some sort of reward like this. And what they selfishly want is to help other people(which depending can be selfish in a way).

It doesn't matter if they should or shouldn't. You can't expect to eliminate selfishness in people by not giving them a reward. NB isn't looking to destroy all greed-spawned evil in the world... it's just looking for more senseis.

The senseis shouldn't want to be senseis just for the reward, but that doesn't matter at this point: we just need senseis.

<div class="bbWrapper">No, just no. People should become a sensei for other purposes, not for a reward like what you are suggesting.</div>

I support him bcuase he supports inequality amongst the peopal of nb
Agreed. This will also push people to try to become a sensei just for the reward, even if they have no intentions of teaching. They will just become a sensei, collect the reward, then leave.

Comparing a nobel prize to teaching fictional jutsu of a fictional anime in the ROLEPLAY section of a Naruto fan site?
Go eat brains or something >.>
I think this is already a pure enough answer to everything that's already happened on this thread. =|
