Sensei Payment

What does it have to do with being a sensei? I prefer coloured name more..

I'll develop HBA idea, because so far it's the best one... Since Sensei are suppose to pass all their knowledge to the new member, I say that there should be a new custom jutsu tread, but only sensei can put jutsu there...Why? So that their jutsu will get accepted faster (Still 7 jutsu a week max) and these jutsu that get accepted (in this specific tread) will be custom that will be teach to his student. If the sensei want to do custom that he will not teach to his student, he'll submit them in the normal custom area...

Basically every jutsu the sensei put in the sensei custom jutsu tread, will be technic tough to his student.

This will kinda create clan in NB, like the rock ninja who have their specific earth jutsu, well all of the student of X Sensei will know all the same custom making them sorta like a clan/group...

Uh I think that the sensei gotta be given some kind of payment cuz they do such a hard work but in the end everybody blame them that doesnt get more students

U just say that cuz u are a sensei
If u didnt want all the trouble
Then dont volunteer for it

I sorta agree with this. I probably would have put it another way. I'll try now anyways. Isn't the status of being a sensei good enough? Most senseis only take on a very small amount of students anyways. Plus, posting training stuff can't be all that much work. Dealing with certain students might be, but thats what senseis signed up for.

Well you just have to say no some times when they ask you for training or "that's enough for today". If they complain they just have to understand that there are limits. You're the sensei, you're in charge.


Btw, am I the only one who is having a huge lag on NB right now?
