Sensei needed.

they should treat powerful kekkei genkai's such as ice, MS and above, and Bones as a type of element(for the rules) even though they aren't really elements(except for ice) because it does take time to learn how to use those, achieve, and because they contain a bunch of abilities are very powerful. they should also include the same for chakra manipulation such as shadow clones and rasengan.
