Hmm ill not talk to much just give you my thinking...

I think that now that Kabuto is in Sage mode that naruto that is also a sage will sense it since those 2 modes are probably very similar if not 100% indentical.

i think it's very possible... maybe if he senses it he'll know that sasuke is there as well...
