Simply by this one bit of information on the latest chapter, I think I've uncovered something.

I think everyone had always wondered how the Sage had defeated the Juubi. Everyone always stated that it was simply because of his powerful sealing techniques. But throughout the manga, we've constantly learnt that you can't just seal something. Especially in the case of a bijuu, you have to weaken it.

How did the Sage weaken the Juubi? He didn't suddenly become powerful, no. He needed a way to weaken it, and so through some means, he created Senjutsu.

Bottom line, Senjutsu's real purpose and reason of creation was to defeat the Juubi. It was obvious the Sage was the one who created it, but we never really knew why. The only reason Senjutsu is the only thing that works on Obito right now is because Obito is covered in the Juubi's power.

Sorry but I have to disagree my friend with you on that

Senjutsu is Shinobi art which allows Shinobi to use nature energy to create Sage chakra

Sage chakra = Physical energy + Spiritual energy + nature energy:

And Juubi is just nature energy..., so no Juubi didn't create Senjutsu...:

^^ Kurama describes Juubi as everywhere flowing around the planet energy , which Naruto understand as Nature energy and Kurama didn't correct him.

Besides Senjutsu isn't thing, it is mean to use Nature energy and mix it with your own chakra allowing you to get Sage chakra which amplify all your base stats.

And I agree that Sage of six paths having Sage mode before Juubi and use it to weaken.defeat Juubi make much more sense then Juubi use it.

So Sage chakra != Nature energy

Of course Juubi is source of chakra/nature energy but Sage of six paths figured out/created means to use that chakra aka Ninjutsu and use nature energy aka Senjutsu

Sage of six paths = MEANS TO USE SOURCE

TOBIRAMA made a big deal about the TOAD GAMAKICHI so the sage might have been that name on the scroll between JIRAIYA and NARUTO... those that become SAGE.. Minato's name isn't on there and he didn't become a Sage..

It works because natural energy is not bound to light and dark style, consider it to be the wuji to yin and yang.

Yin/yang makes chakra and chakra makes ninjutsu

but natural energy is neither of them thus its not bounded to yin/yang and not a ninjutsu

Which is why it was created to counter the Juubi. The Juubi obviously had the power to repel all Ninjutsu like Obito can now that he has absorbed it, so the Sage developed Senjutsu in order to counter that power. Please provide facts to support your 'Senjutsu comes from the Juubi' argument.

Or it might be the SO6P learn Sage Mode from one of the Sages Mode of His time and used it on the Juubi. If you think of the Juubi as the manifestation of Chaos in the flesh, then the Animal Sages were the Lords of Oder in creation. A balance in Nature.

Well I believe so as well, Rikudou Sennin must had something against Juubi. Still in the manga Rikudou Sennin had the staff before and while fighting Juubi, meanwhile Obito suddenly got the staff when he became Juubi's Jinchuuriki. It kinda mind fuack me there.
