By natural strength, Madara still wins, he is Indra, remember? Only TWO Senjus are stronger and thats Hashirama and Tobirama, whereas the Uchiha has a bunch of powerful Ninjas, If I am not mistaken, Madara Ems used Izanagi and outlived Hashirama.
