If we're talking about the clan with the strongest versions of each character then no shit the uchiha wins but if we're talking about natural strength. The senju wins there, that doesn't matter he's still a senju and he alone would man handle ems sasuke & madara. The rest could arguably be taken down by tobirama.

Btw that madara used chakra rods and such to beat them. Ems madara would be the one dying.

For the rinnegan to manifest the Senju isn't needed at all, only the transmigration's chakra.

What Madara did could've been achieved with Naruto who isn't even full Uzumaki. Clan origin is of no importance when it comes to Ashura's chakra through transmigrants.

Rinnegan is Hagoromo's chakra, and it can only be achieved by Incarnations of Indra and Ashura, not senju dna, No one went after Tobirama or Tsunade for their cells, so, Madara has every right to claim the power he has
