I HATE THIS THREAD, ITS SO DISRESPECTFUL. Sasuke cannot defeat Tsunade nor no way in power. Tsunade went up against 5 SUSANOO CLONES 5 FOR GOD SAKES and destroyed them. Itachi cant even maintain susanoo for a long period compare to BYAKUGOU. 1 susanois no match for her. if both brothers should team up then i can understand they could or would win but leaved in a helpless state.

It seems that every time someone uses logic to support an uchiha charcter we automatically uchiha fanboys, that's a cute concept i must say, nonetheless, i ama ware that tsunade can fight susanos but what about amaterasu? that's the main issue..she's not fast enough to evade it so what will she do to that? i am fine giving credit to any character as long as they have proper logic to counter the enemy's techniques?

Zetso is a loser for even calling em a fanboy..i have no favorites and i like to approach any character logically...i acknowledge tsunade can handle Susanos but is she fast enough to avoid Sasuke's Susano n its arrows....or amaterasu in general..someone gives me a good explanation that makes sense and i'll root for tsunade.

AS i was saying to the OP. if Tsunade regrows cells on a cellular level, (lately I'm thinking atomic because she has a possibility off surviving jinton.) then its no big deal with the Amaterasu incinerating her skin.

i will provide manga facts once more when zestu commented on how Itachi's jutsu's operates.
the black flames disintegrates anything it comes in contact with and then disperse to another location, and it last for 7 days.

If Tsunade gets Amaterasu then the black flame will only rot away her first layer of cells before it disperses to another location, while those cells that are being disintegrating Tsunade's byakugou is duplicating/replicating new cells to replace those that are being eaten by the intense flames.

Plus Tsunade has alternative options in which she could use the jutsu against them if she should be ignited.
Its just as simple as that. Madara said that rule number 4 is equal to hashirama's medical skills, and i know for sure i know i dont even have to assume or speculate.... Madara had used black flames on hashirama in their previous fight and it didn't kill him. Plus he will again now that hashirama has been resuscitated

That's what i was looking for, someone to give me a logical explanation of how she survives and that's perfect..alright then..she can definitely have a chance of beating them then. The last and final issue is how does she handle tsukuyomi tho?

not that Tsunade cannot be caught into an illusion despite her precise chackra control, but its not that easy, in fact very rare, if we were paying close attention we would see that Madara has faces on both sides of his susanoo's clones fighting the kages and Tsunade was able to hold her ground against 2 or 3 without looking them into the eyes, while A got caught by not focusing his attention on his foe, Tsunade was anticipating and analyzing methods in which she could land fatal blows by not looking them directly into their eyes. She also has katsuyu to break an illusion and buy her time if things should get really messy.

All the senju we know of are dead dude. Although obito said he saw hashirama in naruto and naruto is a relative of hashi. So I think senju still got it.
