Orochimaru, Danzo, Yamato, Obito & Madara seem to be the only ones who have used it. And who are you referring to when you said "The Uzumaki" ? If it's Nagato, go read the manga again and when did Naruto get Senju DNA? Anyhow, yes. It's becoming a Deus ex Machina of sorts and it's annoying. Powers such as Senju DNA [Outside of the Clan], Rinnegan, Mangekyo Sharingan & Sennin Mode should stay being used by around 3-5 people in my opinion. After that, the power doesn't seem as menacing and powerful. Look at the Rinnegan. Nagato was apparently the only one who had the Rinnegan since the Rikudo Sennin [From what we knew then] and his power seemed over the Top. Able to summon the Jubi Vessel, Rikudo Jutsu, Gedo Jutsu and able to destroy a village. It was all menacing but now that Madara and Obito have it, it's not as special. On the other hand, the Eternal Mangekyo is still very deluxe and has the "power" attribute.
