Naruto and the Uzumaki do not have 'Senju' DNA. They have Uzumaki DNA which is simply distantly related.

That said, yes it has been used as a miracle gene for the others.

My only stipulation is that Tsunade, who is a direct descendant (grandchild) of Hashirama Senju, hardly shows any spectacular or distinctive characteristics of her Senju Lineage whereas everyone else who has had the cells injected into them has been given some new kick-ass ability.

Re. Tsunades Superstrength and the Forehead Seal: Thats nothing spectacular if even Sakura Haruno was able to do the same.
