Why would you say all techniques and abilities allowed except for FTG for Minato which is his main style, you might as well say no wood style for Hashirama then.

hiruzen was said to be the most powerful kage. even if that's true I don't think there is an edge between hashirama and him.
tobirama was famed with suiton and S/T minato was also famed with S/T.
so skill/power wise teams are pretty much equal. then it's the teamwork that'll decide the winner.

before the village system was born senju brothers fought alongside a lot. and after that they were the ones running the village. so they have much better teamwork.

hashirama and tobirama wins with extreme difficulty (only if what iruka said about hiruzen being the strongest kage is true. if not, it's a mid difficulty victory for brothers)
