Just me trying to discuss these 2 topics
Senju Bros:
Damn. How sad is it that the 2 times we see the first 2 Hokages we see them without their full power (non-flashbacks)?
And then in the flashbacks, so many things were left out to. But man I was expecting some Hashirama and Tobirama duo.
I remember having a convo with someone on here, about Hashirama and tobirama making a combo jutsu, that was basically a big ole tub/pool that they can drown people in . =D
Plus, how does FTG work with Mokuton, i was so interested in knowing that. Now wonder the Senju outclassed Uchiha, they had the most popular genjutsu person , s/t user , and god of shinobi in their clan. BUT WHY NOT SHOW IT YO!
Now I totally feel for the Hiruzen fans, who had been expecting some feats!
So what do you guys think about the whole Senju bros not being at their full power both times they were revived?
Anime/Manga:
Naruto/One Piece are now hitting the Dragonball/Z point where the anime starts to be more interesting and more depth contained then the manga. And soon people will start taking the anime over the manga, just like many did for DBZ.
Now sure the manga fans will have a problem with that, just like the Dragonball manga fans had a problem with DBZ anime being accepted as the most real one.
. I mean you can't really blame the people who watch the anime only to think that is the real thing and not the manga. Its like reading the whole consitution, and then reading the summary of the consitution. I mean I myself haven't bothered reading the Naruto Manga part 1, cause its so f*cking boring, after you see the anime.
Though for One Piece it was a completely different story, I found the starting of the manga more entertaining than the anime, because the starting is a bit slow paced. However, now after watching the anime, the manga seems a bit dull lolll.
But my conclusion is that i'm pretty much gonna be done with the manga, and only use anime for discussions once the Manga ends. Not even gonna bother with the whole "canon" fapboys/girls. Its just plain out stupid to me. I mean for lords sake anime actually gives character's some abilities to use.
Canon/Non-canon Crap so lame:
But I always find it funny, that some manga/anime fans are so naive and childish compared to the comic/cartoon fans. Tho the trend of the whole "canon" vs "non-canon" crap is starting to get in comic/cartoon discussions also. Because before it was just an accepted fact that both are canon, just have different storylines for the character. Just different variations of that piece. And both were never compared as copies of each other, but just parralels. I mean i remember discussing about superheroes all the time, we used comic book and cartoon. lol. We didn't give a f*ck which one was canon or not. Cause it was irrelevant.
But now a days the trend is starting to be that paper > animated. Just because its based off of that. Though i have noticed the trend is usually started by people who are hurt or that their character lacks feat in the other one. I mean we can take us for example. Many of us have a discussion right, someone brings the anime (notice that discussion is about NARUTO not manga or anime), however the person who proven wrong by the anime, will come out and say "it doesn't matter, cause its not canon"... I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMIC BOOK FAN SAY THAT THE ANIMATED UNIVERSE IS IRRELEVANT and doesn't count.
Its like why the hell do you think mangakas bother with the anime? So they could expand their product, but you wanna come tell me its not relevant because its hurts you? or because you don't think so? Clearly Kishimoto had no problem with letting other people work on his stuff, why do you?
Man I really hope this fight between non-canon vs canon, clears up, and people grow some logic. And understand the fact they are the samething but in 2 different universes.
So do you think Manga/Anime fans will adopt the ideology or the mindset of comic/cartoon fans soon? Or will this naiveness just rampage on?
