Give me what they limit, by how much and for how long.

64 tenketsu would take about a quarter of your chakra away and thus limiting you from using much chakra so you'd proberly not be able to use much forbidden ranks

128 chakra is 3/4 or a half of the chakra so it would limit you even more damaging you badly, and limiting you to about s-rank and below jutsus
