Maybe, but it would be difficult to do. You would need god timing since the lightning is fast, its simpler to just use some other technique to defend.
And if the lightning strike is wider than your hand, the rest will just hit and shock you.

Sorry for the delay U_U

To begin I take out two windmill shuriken with wire attached that i hold in my right hand, at the same time I concentrate my raiton chakra and I start to channel it into my right hand. There I begin to build up my chakra, quickly amassing a significant amount which is easily enough for this technique. I then throw the two windmill shuriken at your clone, I do so in a way in which one is above the other with both being parallel to the ground. So that once the two shuriken strike your clone I simply focus the built up chakra from my hand into the wire, then by using nature manipulation I change it into lightning that races up the wire and shocks your clone, numbing him in the process.

Adv-If the lightning hits your opponent it will numb him, hindering his actions
No hand seals
The technique does both shocking and slicing damage simultaneously

Disadv-The shuriken can be easily deflected or stopped before they reach the opponent

I rate your counter as good. The water whips can easily counter the shuriken before they reach you and attack me at the same time. So it almost completely nullifies my own technique.

I rate this techniques speed of use as slow. This is mainly due to the fact that the user must first take out the shuriken and then throw them towards the opponent. So this will take up a bit of time in terms of a battle.

It would simply eliminate the earth chakra, taking away the sticky part of the mud, but you would still be left with a deep swamp with normal mud which is easy to sink in to.

I rate this technique as fast. this is due to the lack of hand seals and the fact that the lightning barrier forms right around your body, meaning it can be used quite quickly.

You have a plasma barrier around you when I create the swamp. What happens? Does the barrier dissipate? Explain the situation and what you think would happen

Hmm I think the lightning barrier would push away the mud that is immediately around you, a bit. But it would also cancel out the earth chakra and turn the mud immediately around you into dirt while the barrier also dissipates. But since the barrier also affects a small area, there would still be mud under the normal dirt beneath you so you would still begin to sink. This jutsu would be useful to get you out if you were say half buried in the swamp because it can free you, but it doesn't counter the swamp completely.

At least thats how I see it ._.

The barrier would cancel out the chakra, yes. But the entire swamp is A-ranked, not just the portion under you. So, the barrier would continue to be activated until you moved yourself out of the swamps range. Or you could either send the barrier forward along the mud to remove the chakra. Then you could run along the path the barrier "created" for you. Make sense?

To begin I perform a single hand seal and use my water specialty to form a water shark that then takes off straight towards you. Just after it forms I focus my lightning chakra and push a current of lightning through the shark, empowering it.

While the shark is heading towards you and thus you would be distracted I perform the Ram hand seal and raise my hand to the sky. By doing so I trigger a lightning strike directly on top of you, immobilizing you, due to the speed of this technique it would hit you before the shark. So a moment after the powerful shark would slam into you and kill you.

To begin i concentrate my suiton chakra underneath you and it then gushes you into the air, as your in the air the water then releases a barrage of bullets at you. As soo as the water has been formed I perform the ram hand seal and thrust my hand into the air, by doing so I trigger a lightning strike right on you as you would be in mid air from the water.

Just after the lightning strike I clap my hands together and then slam them upon the ground. By doing so I create a current of lightning that races across the ground towards you, spreading out into multiple tendrils as it does so. The lightning will reach you just after you would hit the ground while you were still dazed from the lightning strike.

To begin i concentrate my suiton chakra underneath you and it then gushes you into the air, as your in the air the water then releases a barrage of bullets at you. As soo as the water has been formed I perform the ram hand seal and thrust my hand into the air, by doing so I trigger a lightning strike right on you as you would be in mid air from the water.

Just after the lightning strike I clap my hands together and then slam them upon the ground. By doing so I create a current of lightning that races across the ground towards you, spreading out into multiple tendrils as it does so. The lightning will reach you just after you would hit the ground while you were still dazed from the lightning strike.
