I've seen a lot of people put Tobirama down for this, and now somehow he's responsible for everything that's happened thus far in the manga. What? So, trying to understand why the Uchiha have a genetic stick up their ass means Madara's revival is his fault? Just let the Uchiha destroy themselves and everything around them, I guess.

As a future Hokage, it would be foolish for him to have the village's best interests in mind.

At the end of the day, Zetsu played Madara and his clan like puppets on a string, if Madara didn't do what he did, you can bet your ass Zetsu would've made sure someone else had.

Zetsu was kicking about, chances are he would've done something else to revive Madara, why else would he bother finding his corpse?

If he's not getting hated on for one thing, it's something else.

I don't remember Tobirama preventing them from having a say at all, if anything, working as closely with the Uchiha as he did only made sure that the clan could easily voice it's concerns to him.

Agreed. That makes no sense to me, there's no way Madara would be able to maintain a Kage Bushin at all. Plus, shouldn't the Bushin disperse when he cuts it open?

At any rate, doesn't really stop Madara from escaping.

Here is my take on why Tobirama didn't detect a Shadow Clone

Remember the context explain that Madara used a Time relay of Izanagi. So maybe after Tobirama is all finish with his experiment thats when coincidentally Izanagi activate and he begin to make a fake corpse. From there Tobirama only needs to check if the body is still there.

Just throwing options.

No it didn't.... It said Tobirama experiment his body. The context later said, Madara was no fool and used a delayed Izanagi right after. Unless you are reading it left to right.

Tobirama's personality hardly goes beyond scowling and putting others down. The dude is a mediocre character who has been the same since his introduction as a child, no development, and has barely done anything badass. The only badass thing he's done is that scene where he teleported Obito's bomb back to him. Other than that, there's nothing special about him.

That context was past tense of studying sharingan. Then later stated the reason why he hid Madara's body.. To obviously view it much more..
