Byakugan is one of the three great noble doujutsu kekkei genkai that are passed down within the hidden leaf village. it was stated that its origins lie within the sharingan and as of recent been shown to be further than the beginning of the Uchiha line back to the Otsutsuki clan. It grants the wielder the ability to perceive the chakra network within the body as as well as granting the user a great scope of vision and allowing an almost complete 360 degree field appart from a singular blind spot located at the nape.
The Jyuken is a fighting style unique to the hyuuga clan in which by using the clarity of vision that the byakugan grants its user to perceive the chakra network, the wielder can then apply precise chakra control and release the chakra through taijutsu utilising palm strikes or finger strikes to the tenketsu of the chakra network and essentially blocking those tenketsu and preventing the natural flow of chakra, if used properly this can be used to even kill a target by stopping the flow of chakra to the heart.

So you should know like every other doujutsus, byakugan would not let you different between a clone and it's original.
You can differentiate different people from their chakra though.
unless you are making direct eye contact with a Sharingan, the 360 field of vision is not a viable eye contact for the induction of Sharingan genjutsu that require eye contact.
You field of vision has a zooming function
you can see through chakra unlike sharigan
You can see through flash light, smoke and not too thick wall of earth or matter full of chakra.

By jabbing at a tenketsu, you are forcibly inserting chakra into it to either destroy it, close it or expand it to make it explode. Well in all, the appearance of the nodes after doing things to them looks like they got burnt.
Once you start hitting a tenketsu, the target can't react again after the first hit until you finish hitting the amount you want to hit. Their saving grace is to avoid the first hit.
Jyuken plays the same level as pure chakra and ninjutsu, except for a selected few which I would mention in training.

I think it is useful, even though low rank and weak, if one understands the tenketsu or pressure points they could easily target the right pressure point and cripple the opponent, such as striking a tenketsu in the neck or wrist and no real questions regarding the technique, nice and straight forward and serves its purpose given the right situation

Will do, for this one it involves a lot of chakra control as the user releases chakra from every tenketsu within their body and by rotating around at very fast speeds they can create a defensive barrier that is strong enough to even counter elemental chakra, you could say it is one form of absolute defence due to the elemental neutrality

A technique dealing 16 strikes in total, that has great effectiveness to target specific limbs and render them incapacitated, can reduce their overall fighting capability and rendering specific abilities and techniques affected and restricted. I quite like this techniques application.
well depending on the opponent, if they also enjoy getting in close and personal, it an advantage there, then you could use a technique which obsures opponents vision, then use that to get in close for example the madara's hiding in ash and fire, use the cover of the fire and ash to hide your approach, or perhaps you could use an underground locomotion technique to traverse the distance and come up from below or behind.

A simple, yet effective technique to target vital organs and cause a progressive set of damage that will reduce the opponents ability to fight over a period of time. This is also good for countering opponents technique (within justification) and attack directly at the same time for example a fire ball jutsu, jumping over that and gaining close combat to strike the opponent

I'm afraid you won't be able to use this jutsu to jump over jutsu as large as fireballs. One it would be freeform dodging.

Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

hmm i could of sworn providing its within the actions of the jutsu itself its plausable, and that LOK told me, but never mind for now il follow your guidance and pursue those answers later ^_^
The three step technique, simple and effective counter measure for incoming taijutsu, for example grab the arm when they throw a punch, flip them over to take them off their feet, and strike twice resulting in them being sent flying
as for the activation technique, requires useage within combat for the first month until afterwards, you can use as a passive activation
