This art is the art of the Nara clan it allows the members of the Nara clan to be able to manipulate their shadow and send it toward there own body for further protection, it can be used to cause spikes from the shadow that hit the opponent when he is attacking with taijutsu

]Now, let's begin, first, concentrate your shadow chakra, and then manipulate it go towards your chest on your own body. And do it in the sunlight while I rest here in the shade.

*I stand in the sunlight and begin to open chakra points throughout my body I let my Nara clan chakra ooze from the core of my body toward my legs there as it builds up and is sufficient I send t toward my shadow there as the join I begin to manipulate my shadow so that it comes toward my feet as my shadow reaches my feet I slowly let a little bit of my shadow to rise toward my body I maintain a balanced chakra level while doing so and concentrating at the same time, I keep doing so for several hours until my shadow reaches my chest

Let's go onto next one then
Use the shadow that is on your chest and make it stick out. And then you grab it tip and break it into a weapon, you can form kunais and shurikens with it. Shadow chakra is already molded in it.

I focus more chakra to my chest for several minutes until it is sufficient I let it mold with the preprepared shadow chakra and cause it to fuse with ut as they fuse i use chakra mnaipuation and shape manipulation and create a kunia by visualizing it's shape, it's sharpness and charactersitics, the kunia then emrges from my chest as i visualized and i hold it firmly in my hand
Soryy if it is a bit meh i on my phone and on the pool

With the shadow already on my chest I focus more Nara clan chakra toward my chest area as my chakra builds up I use shape manipulation to create a munis made completely out of Nara clan chakra

Yup this one, well it is a very useful technique which can be used to stop opponents movements while causing them damage, and since I can throw the opponent around with it I can use it to throw my opponent at his comrade or his comrades technique causing them to take additional damage, I can also throw him off a cliff if there is one. The only disadavage I would say is it has to be done initially at short range.

Sure btw, try submitting Wings O_O the user will extend his/her shadow upwards towards their spine and manipulate the shadow to form tow wings that allow the user to take flight, and the shadow wing can unleash spikes made of Nara clan chakra that have same effects as the simple spike.

Description: A simple yet effective technique, The Curse Of Black Dust is a technique that will cover up your disadvantage up to a certain level. During a battle, often times it happens that the user looses a limb or two. The user can in these situations, channel his Shadow Chakra into that limb and re-create the limb. This will cause the bleeding to stop momentarily as the black shadow limb replaces the lost limb. However the catch here is that, the shadow limb does not function as effective as the original limb, but is simply, a replacement. If the user creates a hand, he can not release elemental chakra through that arm (only shadow related techniques can be performed through that limb). Same goes to all limbs. The user can however, use shadow jutsus without any problem. The user can use this technique to re-create any part of his body, as long as he is alive. The technique even be used to fill up small cuts or bruises if the user so wishes. However, the technique only lasts for a certain amount of time after which the shadows will disappear and the wounds will open up and the user will have to seek medical attention.

After losing a body part, with the exception of the head, the technique grants the user the ability to recreate said limbs in the form of shadows, giving the user a temporary replacement. The limb cant be used to perform ninjutsu besides those related to naras. It can also be used to patch up small cuts. I'm guessing that no explicit limit exists on how many limbs one can recreate, but of course at obvious cost, with the power being divided between the number of limbs created per use, right?
