It has the copy wheel eye the power to see chakra flow.It can track fast speeds. It can sence if a opponent is under a genjutsu. It allows you to track your opponents movements and handseals. With the tomoe 3 sharingan you can track and copy the opponents jutsus if u are capible of using it.
umm well only 2 of those is a trakcing ability so ill make you a list:

*as soon as the mist disappears I look left then right then run into the forest and jumps on a tree I keep looking until I finally find a chakra flow then I rush to the chakra where I see you behind a tree then I cut u with my sword and smoke appears because its a clone.* Just a clone
*Then I start to run all around the forest to find the next clone while im running I see a chakra flow in the distance moving when I catch up to it I throw a kunai at it and it dissapears like the first clone.* Dang another clone ok time to find the real one
*I then look again with my sharingan to find the real sasuke but cant seem to see your chakra flow then I finally start to build up my raiton chakra to my hands them slam them to the ground where the ground begin to crackle and while it is doing this I finally see a large chakra flow underground then rushes to u.*Found u

*keeps looking for u until I get tired then after awhile I see some water that I havent seen before then runs towards the water until I see a waterfall in the distance then I rush to the waterfall where I see a wall I look closely at the wall and sence some small chakra coming out of it then I take out my sword and cuts a piece of the wall and I can see your head*

umm you shouldnt be capable of seeing me behind the waterfall by seeing chkara since i was focusing to control it and so making it harder to see with something in front of me, unless you have a byakugan
you could have done it if you siad you used heat vision to locate me behind the water so
*as you come to the water i blast some paper bombs causing smoke and mist with water flying to your eyes and so i escape with chakra on my feet to get far really fast without leaving marks on the ground or tree's hiding within a hollow tree in the middle of a small dead portion of the forest, focusing so that i dont release any chakra*

*as the mist gets in my eye I track the sound of the direction you went before u escaped then rushes over to that direction then I arrive to a section with alot of dead trees and plants where I can sence no chakra coming out of them the whole area is dead then I keep walking aound until I use my heat vision where I see a small glow inside a nearby tree then I rush over to it where I look inside and see you hiding*
