This is a tournament that will be held once the roster is filled.
1. Only Madara Uchiha, Zanji Uchiha, and all 4th Hokage users may teleport.
2. If your a 4th hokage, you must have proof you've layed a seal or threw a kunai before you teleport.
3. You may use the substitution jutsu but you must have proof of shadow clone somewhere.
4. Do not cheat.
5. If you win then everyone who participated gives the winner a REP and the winner gets 100000 dollars if your runner up then the people who you defeated has to give you a REP.
6. You lose win you die, quit, or have to go.
7. Only Members with 200 posts or more can join.
8. You may use summoning jutsu's but you have to be known for using them.
9. You may not post in the thread fighters are fighting in. You may not post nothing like good luck, oh nice move, man this is going to be a good fight, get out the popcorn. Etc. if you do i will report you to the Mods. Thx
