Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user

Description: The user after channeling their raiton chakra throughout every chakra point in their body and performing the handseal sequence of Dragon → Serpent → Tiger, throws both of their arms upwards to release the chakra as a vertical cylindrical column of lightning which surrounds their body and travels up towards the sky. The column encases the user's body as its released and can be altered to have up to a radius of five meters around the user. If the opponent comes into contact with the column, they are suddenly thrown upwards and overloaded with a dangerous amount of raiton chakra, leaving their body paralyzed for two turns. The raiton chakra released via this method is oppositely charged to that of natural lightning, allowing this technique to be used to discharge storm clouds and hence prevent any lightning strikes. As a result, this technique is exceedingly useful in negating the conditions required for Kirin.

Description: The user channels Lightning chakra under his epiderma, creating a small web of lightning threads. The users derma and epiderma suffers damage because of these threads, but at the same time electrocute anything that come in touch with their skin, and improves their speed to Lee's speed without weights and all his Lightning based jutsus by +10 for 5 rounds. The Lightning lightens up the skin of the user, and in contact with the Sun light/rays it creates the illusion that the user is engulfed in a white glowing armor.
*Must be taught by either Shigure or mangekyou sharingan.
*May be used once per battle.
*After the armor deactivates the user may not use any Lightning tehcniques for 2 rounds.

This technique doesn't damage the enemy however it can make fire techniques very offensive.

The user will then slam his palms on the ground and under the opponents feet will rise a pillar around ten meters of height, at the pillar is rising it will be spinning around very quickly to make the opponent dizzy. After the pillar has reached its height of ten meters the pillar will then slam itself back into the ground with the opponents feet still stuck. This will break the opponents legs and he should still be dizzy because of the rapid spinning.

16- Water Style: Steam Train | Suiton: Jouki Tore-n

Description: After preforming two hand signs, the user spew a torrent of water which takes the shape of an imperfect two-meters-radius cylinder that advance above the floor resembling a steam train without necessarily taking it's shape perfectly. The water torrent has a magnificent force which could push away obstacles. The torrent, itself, plow for a shallow steam of the remaining water to flow through. The jutsu earns its title for its ability to emit steams of water to the radius of 3-meters from it's circular surface forming a thick mist that hold a scent of the user's chakra within it. As long as the user remain spewing water, the cylinder will enlarge with a trajectory influenced by the user's manipulation, indicating it's changeability throughout the way. The mist produces is similar to that of the Hidden Mist technique in properties however it doesn't cover the entire battlefield but just the surrounding area of where the torrent has been.
-The user cannot mold chakra to form another technique while using this one.
-Can be used thrice per battle and requires a 2 turn cool down in between uses.

Description:The user charges a large amount of water chakra into his leg, then with huge concentration, stomp the ground releasing a strong water driller that opens the path to a large river of water. this technique can be used to block underground fire techniques, and reduce lava's technique straight by half, also harming anyone or object that was in the driller's way, however, while using this technique, the user must remain his leg unmoved while using this technique, making him open to any incoming attacks and especially weak lightening.
-This technique is treated as a normal water technique, meaning its weakness to earth techniques is still treated the same.
-Can only be used twice per battle.
-Does not require water source.
-Causes damages to the user's leg for the weight it would suddenly left out and slows the user's speed.
-The user becomes vulnerable to lightning and power it by +10.

The tentecles dont hurt the enemy a lot(as much as a tight rope) but they are strong enough to hold even large summons.

Description: A more advance version of Johninto's original water phoenix the user will focus all their suiton chakra into the sky. When they have enough chakra in the sky they start to crate a giant phoenix that is the half the size of Gamabunta. When the phoenix is form it will explode into a large barrage of mini phoenixes that are the size of Abumanre bugs and will come down onto the opponent with such great force that even if they were underground up to 3 meters underground the phoenixes would still break through and do minor damage like breaking a little into the skin but not do faultily damage. Since the phoenixes are made up of the user chakra they will remain unharmed.
Note:Can only be used once in a battle
Note: Cannot use any water jutsus for the next turn
Note: It takes a jutsu move to form unless its already raining.

It limits the opponents vision.(they cant see long range with regular vision) Also if there is a opening in the skin the germs in the dust cloud will enter the blood stream. Because of the immense amount of germs in the dust cloud the opponant will be infected immediatly. The infected person will get a tempreture of 42 degrese C and show extreme fewer sympthoms by the end of the 1st turn. They will get worse and worse untill the user dies at the end of the 3rd turn. The dust cloud is large enough to cover anything in mid-range of its center.
*The user cant control the germs in the dust cloud, they can effect himself and his allies if they are in it. The user can still move the dust cloud
*Can only be used 2 times per battle
*Cant enter the target through mouth or ears ect.

1-(Kuchyose No Jutsu: Shoyusura Teiou Hagetaka) - Summoning Technique: Shoyusura The Emperor of the Vultures

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a huge vulture. This creature is the emperor of the Vulture Empire. It has 10 wings and its upper two wings each have three birdclaw "fingers" in the middle of the wing, which are used as front legs. This is done by laying the wings on the ground and use these "fingers" to stand. It's useful for him to go faster on the ground. However in aerial fights this summon is very untrustworthy since it hates to be summoned so much, but ridable. He will punish the user by absorbing 30 chakra points out of him after 4 turns he has been summoned and he will reverse summon itself. If he was somehow defeated before that time, he will take that chakra and disappears. The vulture's speed and power are magnificent, it's only equalled by the highest among all the summoning ninja animals. He can fly at the height of the Ruppell's vultures too and is able to use wind jutsu's which is helpful to create chakra fangs from its "fingers" making it very strong and can cut through even solid substances.

~ He takes 30 chakra points when it leaves whenever that is.

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a 4-meter-long-vulture with 6-Meter-long-wings. This creature is the Vulture-Shield of every Vulture summoner. Through her lifetime, she tried to master all sort of ninja methods; elements, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu.. even kinjutsu, but all attempts failed. However, through all of the training she proceed through, her resistance to pain and muscle mass were impressively increased, so she decided to become the vulture-shield for others, a way she found herself useful for others and summoners when needed. She earned herself many titles; The dome, the iron boulder and the barrier, all of them were inspired by her specialty; taking hits and completely block the enemy's attacks. She corner the user with her body and armor as it knee inward at him, covering his body from the incoming attacks from most direction, hold against the pain then buff away when the attack is done. She is usually summoned behind the user at short range so that when it bend, she would still be able to see the enemy.

9-Vulture Summoning: Stitchsura | Hagetaka Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Stitchsura

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with chakra. Then he swings it and summons an almost normal sized vulture. Stitchsura is a dark blue meter-long-vulture with four wings which support birdlclaws in the middle of each and two small arm like bird claws and are half meters long each. With his odd figure and properties, Stitchsura was accused of being a mutant or an alien which led for his isolation among other vultures within the empire. Stitchsura is kind to his friends and has a freaky, unappealing nature to strangers. He support an unordinary figure and the ability to flip his head 280 degrees. Stitchsura's main use in battles is that he would grab tightly to the summoner from their back and carry and fly with them in a speed equal to their rank midair. Stitchsura could also watch the summoners back while flying together but has no ninja abilities but can use it's claws to climb walls and roofs and fly at the highest of speed a vulture can reach while holding it's user that is with respect to the minor restraining of speed carrying the user holds. Stitchsura and his summoner could communicate for its ability to speak a secret language the vultures and their contract signers could fluently speak of weird voices arm movements that the user could feel while being held by Stitchsura.

-Must have signed the vulture summoning contract.

Zapdos will appear right above the user, already flying. He can speak in human tongue as well.

Description: The user does a small sequence of 3 hand signs ( Ram-Tiger-Boar) whilst sending chakra to his opponents brain thus taking over their senses. The jutsu effects the sense of sight, touch and hearing by making them seem like they are in a hellish environment.
--It first effects the sight by making it seem as if the users entire body is coated with orange and red flames that burn the terrain around him. Fire would instantly cover the entirety of the terrain with Giant flames whipping around like title waves that are 15-20 meters high which removes the user from the opponents sight the majority of the time. The next part is that every attack that the user uses seems like its just huge waves of steaming flames being shot out.
--The next is the sense of touch, The opponents skin begins to seem as if it is drying up drastically, causing their skin to crack and blister up, along with their mouth feeling dried out and hard to swallow, the air they breathe in even becomes thick, hot and hard to breathe in thus causing severe hyperventilation from the brain thinking the illusion is real. The brain also begins believing that the heat is unbearable and the opponents become dizzy from heat stroke type symptoms.
--The last is the sense of hearing. The opponent would begin to hear the flames crackling and whipping around loudly thus making it slightly hard to communicate.

Description: The user performs a sequence of three (3) hand seals whilst focusing their chakra into the mind of their target. By making mention of the word "Retract", the genjutsu is activated, causing the target to start seeing and believing that suddenly all their clothing starts retracting/pulling inward and sucking their entire body sort of into a dark vortex, but more like the fiber within the clothing starts to retract and reshape into a tiny ball of cotton or wool, consuming the target's entire body. At first it feels as though the clothing is only getting tighter, however, not long thereafter or almost immediately thereafter, the clothing starts to completely squeeze the body, sucking violently inward and compressing the target's body into a small, hand sized ball of fiber. It consumes the flesh then moves to the bones, crushing the bones and compressing the entirety of the targets body into one small ball of fiber. The whole experience delivers excruciating pain to the opponent due to him believing what is actually happening to him. Should the fiber be allowed to completely retract, the target would completely lose his senses of sight and hearing, as the world around him darkens entirely with the target appearing to have been absorbed into a dark vortex from his point of view. With the fiber retracting, the target is subdued by the excruciating pain of having his entire body crushed and consumed with extreme force. At first, movement does not prove impossible whilst the clothes only starts pulling tight, hand seal performances and body arts are all possible. However, at the moment of the body being completely engulfed, movement is completely hindered to the point where hand seals cannot be performed and bodily movements completely restricted.

Description: A unique gauntlet that is composed of several hard metals and wire. The gauntlet's inner layer, the part that is in contact with the skin, is made of special chakra infusible wire that protects the users skin. The wire is also very light but the composition of the metal wires make them incredibly hard but also very malleable. The outer layer of the gauntlet is of a similar structure as the inner layer except much stronger and mainly covers the wires in between the inner and outer layers. The user is able to control the strings as they desire and direct it to anywhere he wishes, manipulating them into different shapes and also able to infuse the wires with raw or elemental chakra increasing their strength and also giving them a variety of different effects. The gauntlet itself doesn't affect the user's arm speed or disturb forming hand signs. When infused with lightning chakra, the wires/gauntlet is able to paralyse the target. When infused with Fire Chakra, the wire/gauntlet is able to cause severe burns on contact. When infused with wind chakra, the wires are able to cut through boulders. When infused with water chakra, the gauntlet are able to absorb moisture from the air.

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. 1-Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater - Shippuusuka Tatakai no Jutsu: Shipuu Suka-Ta

Description: While using "Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater", the user will balance the hurricane below the board and direct it towards the enemy. They then send a series of strong wind gusts that are able to push back thrown weapons and is used to create dust from the contact with the ground. This dust will cover the opponents sight, whilst the user forms the shadow clone handseal, creating a single, identical clone that uses the Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater over a skater that is identical to the user's. The clone then proceeds to advance toward the enemy through the dust to attack him. Unless the opponent is a sensory ninja or a Doujutsu user, they will believe that the clone is the original that is attacking at close range. The clone can mainly use the hurricane skater martial art techniques, however, he could also jump off the skater and act as a regular shadow clone.

Once the user get close to the floor again, the hurricane will be reformed below the skater keeping the user flying in his new location.
