I just finished sealing a water technique using a B Ranked Seal. *Tosses you the scroll* I want you to channel your chakra into the seal while touching it and dispel or release the water from the seal.

I just finished sealing a water technique using a B Ranked Seal. *Tosses you the scroll* I want you to channel your chakra into the seal while touching it and dispel or release the water from the seal.
I catch the scroll as it gets tossed at me in mid-air. I examine the scroll and notice the seal. I listen to your instructions and begin flowing my chakra into the scroll, channeling it mainly into the seal. My chakra takes control over the seal and I further manipulate the seal to unlock itself, somewhat. Out of the scroll, comes a gush of water, finally release from the imprisonment of the scroll. Pssh...Scorpio tosses the scroll into the water, completely soaking it.

Description: The user takes out two bladed objects and crosses them. This creates a seal that seals away 50% of the chakra of any opponents within short-range of the user, allowing them to use only upto A-rank techniques.
Note: Sealing Method lasts 2 turns maximum.
Note: If the opponent moves out of short range, he regains his original abilities
ou take out the blades and cross them. Channeling your chakra into the blades that you have manually formed into a seal of some sort and have it seal away 50% of your opponents chakra as long as your within short range.

Use it on me..
After listening to your instructions, I pull out two katanas that I had brought for the session of this training and cross them together using both my hands. I approach you, reaching a short-range distance from you and then begin channeling my chakra all the way into the blades. Using the chakra, I form a seal that I place on you. The seal restricts 50% of your chakra, disabling you from performing above A-rank techniques.

It snarls at me, but I continue towards it, ultimately touching its forehead with the tip of my right fingers. I channel my chakra onto the Hyena and manipulate the chakra to formulate a Kanji that seems to be smeared onto the Hyena's forehead, but that isn't true. The formula generated takes some time before being able to carry out its purpose. The hyena seemingly disperses as the formula I have generated causes the the hyena to be exempted from the contract with you that binds it here.

Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilized by taking a tag that bears the symbol for "Restrict". When placed upon the opponent it generates an electrical current that is not physically harmful. However this flows through the nervous system and restricts the movement of muscles. This slows down the opponent and prevents him from using A-rank Tai and above for three turns.
Write the kanji for "restrict" upon a tag and then slap it on my clone channeling your chakra into it to activate the electrical current to restricts his muscle movements and lowers his tajutsu capabilities..

Without actually letting go for a few moments, Scorpio channels chakra into the tag, mainly the seal. Through chakra manipulation, Scorpio unleashes a surge of electrical currents that races through [Azazel]'s clone's body, restricting muscle movements by him. Scorpio gives a slight tapping push as he lets go of the seal, causing the clone to fall backwards, not able to get up because it can't move.

Description: This technique requires four people to use. The people must be standing forming a square, they will then make the snake handseal and clasp their hands. A barrier forms around them on all sides, stopping anyone from outside from coming into the square. If they touch the walls, they will be burnt by violet flames. The casters can add a secondary barrier inside to prevent them from being attacked by enemies caught within the square; although by doing so, they are unable to attack as well.
Now create 3 shadow clones to perform this next technique.
Once you do have them stand in a square formation with my clone at the center. Now all of you need to make the snake handseal channeling your chakra to form a barrier around my clone.THis stops anyone from coming inside.
But a second barrier can be made that prevents anyone that was trapped inside from attacking you. But that means noone will be able to attack each other.

My chakra begins circulating within your clone's body, disrupting his chakra flow, but not enough to stop it completely or anything of the sort. Either you create three clones that perform this for you,or you create two clones and you all have to perform it together. Once in a triangle formation you make a single handseal and it forms an energy at your chest. You guys need to form the triangle barrier within yourselves and then cause it to erect itself in a pyramid looking object.Once thats done the barrier charges with energy and explode into the sky like a beam of light.

Scorpio immediately scribbles the kanji for illusion onto the empty tag, infusing the tag with some of his chakra for the time being. After that, he proceeds to placing the tag on the forehead of your clone without much trouble. With that done and well, I activate the seal via my chakra, disabling your clone from performing illusion techniques for four turns, conditionally, if the seal worked.

With the knowledge I already possess, the shadow clones proceed onto fulfilling their required tasks without any verbal orders. They surround your clone in a triangle formation, and simultaneously, all the shadow clones perform a single handseal. Energy forms at their chest, and begins linking to one another, forming a triangular barrier that rises to form a pyramid structure. Energy gushes into the structure and towards your clone. Upon reaching your clone, the barrier explodes, sending your clone high up into the air along with a beam of light that shoots towards the skies.
