Scurra is an average built man. He is 6"2'(188cm) tall he weighs 13.2 stone(188 pounds) and has black eyes like all Uchiha.
He is quite muscular in definition but doesn't look very strong. Thanks to years of constant exercising and drill tests from his father who was a Lieutenant in the police force Scurra has built a body that is toned to perfection every muscle responds perfectly and every movement he makes is fluid and unyielding. He may not look like he possesses a lot of strength but due to his training throughout his life Scurras muscles are more compact than big and this trait has helped him in the past and also hindered him as people see him as an easy target and this draws attention to him.
Scurras looks when he was young were that of a normal child fair faced and a bright complexion. Due to events that corresponded when he was 13 his mouth is now disfigured and extends to the top of each cheek it was sutured up by a medical nin but the damage can never be disguised. It was said by many villagers before the incident that Scurra had a smile like his mothers.
Also due to Scurras mental frailty he always wears his mothers make up and powders his face sheet white and applies dark circles around his eyes and lipstick to his disfigured mouth.
He always dresses in formal attire and favors the colors: Green, Yellow & Purple. This is why his hair has also been dyed Green due to the simple fact he likes the color. He can always be seen wearing a formal purple pin stripe suit with a yellow shirt. He can come in a varied amount of outfits and sometimes just wears a purple trench coat with a green waist coat and yellow tie and purple pants.
I key aspect of Scurras looks are his eyes they are absent of emotion yet filled with menace if you are to ever look Scurra in the eyes...it will be something you regret.
Personality:
Scurra is a special case medical minds feel he is beyond treatment and can't by definition be classed as insane. One of his latest claims was that he's possessed by the Baron Ghede, the voodoo LOA. They believe he has a neurological disorder similar to tourettes syndrome. They believe he has no control of his senses and the information he gets from the outside world ALL gets through a theory is he can only cope with the chaotic barrage of input by...going with the flow. This is a sound theory as to why some days he is a mischievous clown and the next a psychopathic killer. He has no real personality he create himself each day he sees himself as the Lord of Misrule and the World as a Theatre of the Absurd. We may be looking at what can only be referred to as some kind of "super-sanity" a brilliant new modification of human perception. More suited to urban & violent life.

Part I
Scurra was born in Konohagakure 5 years before the Kyuubi attack on the Leaf Village and his birth that day caused his Mothers death.
His toddler days should have been made up of fun activities and games but his father just saw the boy as police office in training. As a toddler Scurra was made to carry mildly heavy bags of sand constantly back and forth from his house to the garden to create a sandbox which he would never be allowed to play in, as his father would pile all the sand into bags for the next day. This training although at a young age toned all of Scurras muscles but did not bulk him up. His father also fed him a perfectly balanced diet but with higher amounts of protein and other minerals & nutrients to develop Scurra further into becoming the best police officer the force had ever seen.
After being enrolled into the Academy age 7 Scurra was already excelling above other Uchiha showing a genius level IQ and unparalleled ninjutsu abilities he graduated the Academy after 1 and half years.
Scurra became a Chuunin at age 12 and was heralded by his clan as a genius. Scurra thought this would allow his father to show affection towards him but Scurras popularity had no affect on his attitude towards his Son and they continued being distant from each other.
On his 13th Birthday just under a year after Scurra had been promoted to Chuunin he again tried to get his father to show some pride in him by telling him he has been asked to join Anbu and had passed the tests he was given. His Father out of nowhere started to attack him he held his arms down in an X on his chest and took out a kunai and began to weep...he then glared at his soon with a intensity that can only be insanity or homicidal he pushed the kunai to the edge of his Sons mouth and sliced until he hit bone and repeated the process on the opposite side. During the fight Scurra felt like he was going to die...he was unable to scream and could only cry his eyes out from the pain *shing* his Fathers onslaught had activated his 1 tomoe Sharingan his Father hadnt realised this and when he went to deal another blow Scurra perceived the movement and because his father had not activated his Sharingan he managed to grab his fathers wrist and disarmed him to quickly stab him with his own kunai. Scurra unable to talk, bleeding & shocked knew he needed to leave Konohagakure but he couldnt leave it like this...he knew the Hunter Nins would find him after all he just killed a Lieutenant of the Police. Scurra suffered a mental breakdown due to the stress this was playing on his mind & during the "clean up" he needed to cut his Father to smaller sections...and all he had was a kunai. Scurra knew he needed to clean himself up so he went and got a suture kit from his Fathers room and fixed his mouth. Scurra knew the guards at the gate would not allow a Chuunin without probable cause to leave the village. He went into his Mothers room and applied her make up all over his face. Scurra saw a travelling carnival visiting Konohagakure that week and what was called a "clown." He styled his make up to reflect the same design & dyed his hair green a perfect disguise but it looked maniac because he was shaking so much it looked... strange .
Scurra left the village and didnt run into any trouble he had cleaned his apartment of any evidence and forged his Fathers handwriting for a letter telling whoever read it that his Father "cant cope" and also that he will be travelling and may return one day. It was convenient it was Scurra's Birthday ...which was also the day his Mother died, nobody would suspect anything.
Scurra buried his Father and dug the grave himself he gave his father all the rites a dead man deserves and broke down again the loneliness he felt cannot be described he loved his father unconditionally a man who just tried to kill him...and then a switch went off in Scurras head. He would feel nothing anymore he would just seek anarchy.
He decided he would head to Kumogakure to perfect his training and hide as Konoha ninja would never cross the borders to search for him and he would never reveal his Kekkei Genkai to anyone.
When Scurra was on the road he heard a few people following him, 3 of them, he kept walking until he was at a tactical advantage and could bottleneck the enemies, he knew they were not ninja but he wanted to make them suffer to see them scream in agony as he had. Scurra used a substitution jutsu and made them think he was walking on and waited and as predicted 3 thieves were following about a minute behind him. As soon as the first one squeezed past the 2 rocks that Scurra choose for his ambush he took out his kunai and slashed his throat but not the artery he would bleed to death slowly. The 2 men behind him were suprised at the sudden attack and each took out what looked like rusty katana's. Scurra activated his Sharingan *shing* the 2 thieves eyes widened in fear one tried to run but Scurra threw a kunai right into his eye before he could even make a motion to turn, he lied on the ground writhing in pain and but would survive that impact. The other dropped to his knee's and pleaded to be spared, he apologised, he begged...a 13 yr old for mercy Scurra knocked him to the floor with a swift kick. While he was recovering Scurra walked over to the other thief and grabbed the kunai placed in his eye and told him to remain still he then repeatedly stabbed him in the eye until not only the socket broke but he smashed through his skull. The other thief had recovered and began to cry Scurra took the Kunai out of his friends skull and walked over to him and stuck the kunai into his mouth and pressed against the corner of his lip the thief stopped crying and glared at Scurra but Scurra looked confused... "Why so serious?"
Part II
During his journey to the land of lightning at some point Scurra lost his way. Having only ever travelled to Sunagakure an allied village with the leaf Scurra had no idea where he was going. He spent 836 days in the wilderness.
During this time he learned to walk up trees to obtain fruit and had to learn to perfect his chakra control and learn to run across water and stand silently to fish easily. Thanks to this harsh environment, Scurra became stronger having to utilize all the chakra control he could with Katon: heating rocks to warm him through the night, boiling water to make tea, cooking food with just his chakra & of course in defense against any patrols or thieves.
One day Scurra came across a group of mercenaries who were discussing an abduction they had been paid to do. It was of a ninja within Kumogakure. Through hearing this Scurra saw his opportunity to gain access to the village. The kidnappers separated on entering the village and Scurra had already read one of them as the leader so he followed the other mercenary around the village killing them silently one by one. Until only the leader remained...Scurra waited and waited midnight broke and curfews were being enforced the leader then made his move and to Scurras surprise made for the Raikages building the bandit leader was a skilled athlete and ran with a perfect stride for speed and silence and had the acrobatic skills to climb the building silently also. The man returned a few moments later with what looked like a young man over his shoulder. Scurra saw this as his chance to gain favor with the Raikage and ran to the exact point the bandit was about to land and caught him by his feet before he could land slamming him to the floor breaking his jaw and he then twisted his foot back and forward with enough force to cut the tendons and dislocate his knee. The ninja was safe and the village around Scurra awoke *CRASH* a man of menacing height & muscle stood behind Scurra and took in the situation "Kirabi you little weakling allowing yourself to get kidnapped!" he smacked the boy about 30m..."you what is your name" - "Scurra lord Raikage" after that the Raikage grabbed the bandit and literally burned him alive with lightning just from the tips of his fingers. "Well Scurra I don't know where you come from obviously not here. But you are welcome to stay" - "Lord Raikage I am a ninja...would I be able to learn from your teachers here" - "Get some rest."
The first bit of human interaction in 2 and a half years and Scurra had no idea what had happened all he did know was that this man was not someone to piss off.
The next day Scurra awoke within the Raikage building and was greeted by Kirabi. He explained that the Raikage would teach him for 1 week before he was passed on to a Jounin who would take over his training. But the only element Raikage would teach was Lightning and if Scurra didn't know it he better learn. And learn he did Scurra had mastered all the techniques the Raikage had taught him in 1 week and Scurra then went on to fully master the element in little time with a Jounin.
Thanks to Scurras high intelligence and capabilities he ascended through the ranks at a fast rate and had achieved the rank of an S-Class ninja in a small amount of time. The Raikage also made him one of his lieutenants....Scurra since he arrived in the village has been polite...has given off a stoic personality...but he couldn't restrain himself he has killed numerous ninja of Kumogakure within its own walls and was caught and attempted to blow up the whole village with tags he had set up over the years. He was put into a secure facility were he is restrained and unable to escape. The raikage did not have him executed as he knows he will be invaluable during the coming war....and when war arrives all hell is gonna break lose.

Scurra has a natural affinity to Fire being an Uchiha but due to his seclusion in the wilderness for 2 years he had to learn to use his Fire jutsus to cook meat and heat rocks to keep him warm through the night as fires would only attract ninja. His varied use of Katon chakra has allowed him to fully master every jutsu and lessen the handseals for all jutsus to 3.
Lightning Affinity
Through training with A and numerous other Kumogakure ninja Scurra has been able to exceed his lightning jutsus ability beyond the average user thanks to the relentless and harsh training of A he can do Lightning jutsus with less handseals than what is required for all jutsus.
