scroll that could change the war?

after seeing all that's been happening i think the scroll is to help sasuke activate a new source of power, perhaps rinnegan.
now my theory is that since orochimaru and kabuto has been studying the rinnegan and sharingan and the reason why orochimaru has always been longing to the sharingan so achieve his goal is that the sharingan can evolve into the rinnegan which gives orochimaru the elements that he needs.
this is the only thing that i can think of that orochimaru would have up his sleeve that suigetsu was so shocked about, but i could be entirely not even close.. just a thought and just wanted to share..

Izanagi, Izanami, rinnegans, COAT? What ever it is, it seems that it's dojutsu. Otherwise Suigetsu would use the power himself insted of giving it to Sasuke.
