The moment these are done i create two clones, Left and Right. As i can feel your location i throw a ration chakra infused kunai at you*

*The moment you release the mist I jump down onto the ground then I go underground you wouldn't know until your rain starts(which is after this so to you it is just speculation if I am hiding or if I went underground) then as I make it to right below you I grab your feet and pull you under ground and as I do this, and stand up out of the ground I release unfocused raiton chakra that shocks you and your clones(short range)*

*As the rain starts to poor i realized that I can't sense you (as you said). If you were in the air i could sense you, so i realize you should have gone underground. While i'm thinking this you grab my leg (so i don't do the clones). As you do this, i release an unfocused amount of raiton chakra, chocking you as you're grabbing me to pull me down, paralyzing you with your body on the ground. As this happens i quickly make a pillar of earth that sends me flying into mid range, and away form your sight, were i then make the two clones, Left and Right*

*As I am no longer underground(When you shock me) I release unfocused raiton chakra as well they cancel each other out*(Mine would happen seconds after yours since I can't cancel a jutsu that is in progress) I then release a massive fire ball seconds after I release chidori senbons into the fire you wouldn't know they were there*

In the decapitation tech, you are underground and you grab our opponents leg to drag him under, then you come up from the ground. When you grabbed me you were still underground and were shocked then but lets make this further :D

*As i'm flying to long range you fire a fire ball, that i can sense, but because of the mist you can't actually see me, so i release a big amount of wind from my fist, changing my direction to the right, to land in mid range from you and way from the path of your blast. As the mist blocks your view of me, i make two clones, Left and Right. Right does 4 quick hand seals and stomps the ground, creating a big reservoir of sticky syrup underground*

Description: The user does a string of 4 handseals, creating a huge reservoir of a sticky substance (Similair to Water Style: Syrup Capture Field) underground. With one handseal, the user can erupt localized geiser-like streams around the opponent, which will then rain the substance upon the target. In case that doesn't work, the user can, by stomping on the ground, seep out the remaining underground syrup, sticking the opponent's foot to the ground.
In case the opponent decides to go underground to avoid the geysers he will come into contact with the substance underground and be stuck there, making him an easy target. The substance will short-circuit electricity, so if he tries using Nagashi to free himself he is dead.
