0 starting as a student
10 becoming a Genin
30 becoming a Chunin
50 becoming a Jonin
75 becoming a kage
100 will be the SO6P
I'll like to start off with Zabuza i'll say he should be at least a 62
and now in my own opinion for Naruto I know this character will be debatable but i see him getting scored
