Well, I would say when we first got introduced to Sasuke's story, when Itachi died, when Sasuke learned the truth, when Naruto got beatten because of Sasuke (the summit of five kages), Jirayia's death, Naruto's talks (smart ones) definetely, Asuma's death (Shikamaru and his father's talk)...that would be it.
And I'm not ashamed to say that I cried for certain scenes.

2. When Kashina (or whatever her name is) meets naruto when naruto tries to get kyuubis chakra
Minato meets naruto (fathers are not so good at emotional talk as mothers so i guess it occupies the 4th spot)

And just to add - Naruto's childhood, Sasuke and Naruto's reunion (after Danzo's death), Naruto meeting his parents...

the entire Pain Arc... lots of deaths, although most of them got revived (shame). and that episode where the ramen shop started serving something else and naruto couldnt get no ramen XD

Itachi killing his father and mother : them talking before about they knew it was going to happen.

Deidera not being acknowledge by Sasuke so he blows himself up out of agony (Deidera was one of my faves so it sucks that he died )

it's not that i ''cried'' but I did feel bad/emotional when seeing those scenes...

For me, Sad moments were: Kage getting Pwn'd by Madara, Sai and his brother's whole relationship, Jiraiya death (obviously), Zabuza having change of heart, Itachi death, Obito surviving, Minato and Kushina's sacrifice.
