good. according to the wiki (which was based on the databook) this doesnt eleminate the other senses, only sight is gone. With this technique the user can attack the opponent and the jutsu wont be dispelled. It is dispelled when the target lands an attack on the user.
most poeple will use chakra sensing rain when they are captured in this, so be ready for that.
