up to you... you are the sensei..., it should be an improvement on hard water spike, which would make it s-ranked. there are instances of better versions of older jutsu all over the place so it could stay there.

yeah. thats a good idea did you create it or are you in charge of its palcement being the water sensei and everything

oh... and since hidden mist was not used, silent homoicde technique is not very effective since you can see him comming

plus rasen shirikin makes a hell of alot of noise

OK sensei....
I use Mokuton no jutsu to create a badass sword that has palm tree spines on the blade.

I do the hand seals and raise my sword

A vortex of water begins to form around my sword. it spins faster and faster, until finally coming up to a point at the top. I then lower my sword and stab in in the direction of some nearby trees. It destroyes the trees and sends them flying leaving nothing bu splinters in the area.

I hold my wooden sword outstretched behind my back and allow the vortex to form around my sword. Maximum rotation is obtained. Then slash my swrd and stab a tree. the tree begins to churn violently from the slash mark outward and suddenly the tree begins to disentigrate from voilent nature of the vortex
