Wrong hole experience, and getting in a wreck. Those two were scary as hell.

Another scary moment I will go into detail about is the snowball fight. It was my cousin and myself vs my sister and my brother. My cousin and I made this huge ass ice/snowball. We were about...twelve and I couldn't lift this thing up by myself. So we both pick it up and put it onto his deck about ten feet in the air. My sister comes around with a snowball in her hand and she didn't see us, so we rolled it off and it knocked her out cold for about a minute. I honestly thought I killed her.

After your initial adrenaline rush when you realize two people are dead and it wouldn't take much for you to join them. When self consciousness grips you again and you recognize that you're exhausted and that you have to lay in the grass and pray that you can just duck out for the night.

I don't know what it is but when you actually slow down during a time like that, when your brain stops working so fast and you realize that you're still there, it's ****ing terrifying. I would've sold my soul to be anywhere else at that moment.

Agreed. Car wrecks are definitely scary as hell.

That fear is all in your head. I've had sleep paralysis before and the best way to get past it is to remain calm.

Don't try to move, don't freak out at the fact that you can't move, calm your breathing, and close your eyes. You'll be completely asleep in no time.
as you said it's just the state of your mind
true
most people try to scream or do something, infact they can't, and 80% of people don't even know that they are already asleep
sometimes you see your self in your room, or you feel some one's there
sometimes it happens when you're dreaming

it's not always like that
some dr believes that it's kind of a disease that people are born with, it's because some chemical reaction that happens in your mind
sometimes the attack is so strong and it contains loud noises you think it's going to blow off your mind
strong vibration which feels it's going to crash each and every one of your bones
at this rate, the only option is to get up, and it's kinda hard

waking up from dying in your dreams and having your momentum from the dream carry you back to conscience only to be able to open your eyes and see yourself sitting up without you moving your body then seeing IT.

death, right in your face. so close that you can feel it breathing on your face and you realize that youre not breathing.

you may not believe in God, Heaven, or Hell. but having a guardian angel and seeing its existence is the scariest thing ive ever experience. well knowing that your guardian angel is actually death.

I'm sure there are many reasons that cause it. I've never had a case nearly as bad as what was underlined, that seems like it would be terrible. I actually see my sleep paralysis as the entry point to lucid dreaming. That's how it works with me, anyway.

when Mom is in badmood
Gotta keep track of what certain days of the month are best to be out of the house...

You will learn someday being dead is better than loosing someone you care about .
running away from Reality again are you? you have no idea how wrong you are, while it is true that losing someone who is important to you is painful you have no choice but to accept the Fact that they are gone if you can't accept the Truth and think that you're better off dead then you have a very weak will and you're just running away from Reality like a Coward, a person that accepts the Truth sees Reality for what it truly is and as long as a person accepts that their loved one is dead they use can the pain that comes after the realisation to make themselves and their will stronger and as long that they know that there's always another reason to keep on living then they will keep on pushing on ahead and endure and overcome whatever hardships that they will face also a person can still keep their love ones even alive as long as they keep them and their memories in their heart, also all humans are destined to die one day also i will say to what Nyx once said to SEES here is what Nyx said 'it matters not who you are Death awaits you.' if you can't accept this Universal Truth then you are just running away both Life and Reality like a Coward, this is yet but another Universal Truth another part of Reality that can not be denied.

yes I know, the underline parts only happens for a few people
it's really feels bad If you don't know how to deal with

how often it happens to you !? you mean you never get up!?

When you fall asleep you body parts are usually in rest except vital organs like heart etc.
When you get interrupted from a REM sleep suddenly your unable to move your body for a while due to it.

It is indeed scary when you experience it.
thanks for the information also i hope that i never have to experience that.

A few?

I figured it was more common, nearly ever member of my family has experienced it at least once, as well as a lot of my friends.

I haven't had sleep paralysis in maybe a year and a half. I used to be really into documenting my dreams and such. I was trying to control my dreams so I really got in tune with the part of my brain that is active during sleep.

I used to have sleep paralysis once or twice a month. I would never get up or "break out" of it, I saw that as being impossible. I would always shut my eyes and try to completely go to sleep. Because that's what sleep paralysis feels like: it feels like physically being asleep but not mentally.

I would feel a great weight on me when I had sleep paralysis. But instead of trying to fight against that weight, I went with it as it were momentum. When I laid there I could feel my body pressing down against my bed. I literally felt like I was slowly melting through my bed into the floor. Once that happened I was asleep and dreaming, and I was also aware that I was dreaming too.

I always dream after sleep paralysis.

it's nothing to worry about at all
but if it happens several times in a month for some time, the person must see the dr

in the underline case I told you about
It's almost impossible to resist it,in the same exact moment you try to resist the noise and vibration go to the roof, however you know about every thing that's happening and you know you're sleeping and you're having sleep paralyzing, but it makes you buy and believe that you're going to explode if don't act quickly.
you'll never get up automatically by doing nothing either and you will remain in that huge damn torture
however the only way is to get up, for doing so :
you have to stay calm, you have to focus on your upper part of your body, you should think as your chest as if it's the central point of the concentration , then you wait for a sudden moment, then try to shake that central point of your body with all the power you got, try to imagine that part of the body and try to imagine shoulder as well, think that you're shaking the upper part of the body using your shoulders
if you could not break, you do the shake one after another, but do it quickly and powerful
the trick is ---> although you will never be able to shake any thing and you can't do any thing and none of the above will never happen for real, but since the source of the problem is happening just in your mind, doing so will break through the attack in your mind, cause you think you're doing it
I told many people this, it works, trust me it works
I'll have to wake up and take a 5 min of walking or eating something, if I fall sleep after just breaking it it will happen again, sometimes I'm doing the loop of ->sleep paralyzing-> getting up -> falling sleep-> sleep paralyzing -> so on for an hour or more
I'm so damn heavy sleeper I fall again before I even notice and I don't know what I'm doing so it's like a torture to me
