Ok...anyway....First jutsu
*activate 3 tomoe sharingan*

Focus your chakra into binding with the water from the water source and focus it into the form of a very thick mist

*I release a big amount of chakra from my body and mix it with the water around me, and since is my chakra I maniulate it to make the water around me form a thick mist all over the field*
you know, even with your normal eyes you can't see me while using this jutsu so you don't have to activate the Sharingan -.-

Evidently you dont know how the sharingan works. Until the mist is at its thickest i can still see your chakra. But when its at its thickest, its blurred to where the entire mist looks like your chakra. At the moment i just have to look for the heaviest convergence of your chakra in this mist to find exactly where you are.

I know how the Sharingan works, however the mist is made of chakra and water so it will be like a barrier of chakra and water infront of you, the Sharingan will see the chakra and with normal eyes you will see the mist so you have 2 kinds of barrier covering me, so with or without Sharingan you can't see me when the jutsu it's used, take the battle of Kakashi and Zabuza for example neither of them could see each other even when the mist is just appearing and there were close to each other, and Kakashi had the Sharingan and his normal eye, so lets just say that with Sharingan you will see chakra in all the place so you wouln't know if its my chakra or is the mist and with normal eyes you could see me just a little, but whatever lets just train.
