Ok for this jutsu i want you to give me a combo, first i want you to use dragon fireball jutsu shooting the fireballs into the air then i want you to make a chidori. then using that chidori to manipulate the storm clouds and the lightning i want you to send down kirin, a giant dragon lightning bolt thing

*I first focus fire chakra to make dragon fireball jutsu. I shoot the fire balls in the air. Right after that I focus much lightning chakra in my hand to make a Chidori, which I use to manipulate storm clouds and lightning. Then I focus my chakra in the lightning and create a giant dragon lightning bolt, which can strike my opponent in only a blink of an eye.*

Water (H2O) is a fluid which is used for very much important things, for example it's essential for humans as drinking water. It's strong against fire and strong weak earth. Ninja can use water to drown enemies, and it can be used to cause the enemy damage when used in jutsu.
