First start by focusing your chakras into the clouds creating rain clouds. Then have the clouds pour down all over the terrain making you sense everything.

ahh, ive seen this jutsu used so many times before, in unison with hidden mist jutsu.

*i look up at the clouds, and i begin to focus. i mould my water chakra, and my regular chakra. i also focus on the different characteristics of a storm cloud, what it should look like, while i continue to concentrate, moulding more chakra. next i release it all, and focus it into the clouds, creating storm clouds. once ive poured enough of my water chakra into the clouds, it begins to rain all over the field we a in. i can sense everythin gthats going on.*

*i focus both my regular, and water chakra into the water. i imagine creating a prison around you made of water, and begin to shape the spherical prison around you. the water begins to rise up and completely covers your body. i keep my hand on it, and continue to focus on the water, making sure it holds its shape, and that you cant escape.*
