Hmm seems tricky

*Channels Lightning chakra into my palms and i start focusing on molding my chakra into long whips....i ball up my fists and my lightning chakra begins to extend out in the form of lightning-chakra whips and they are coiled up touching the ground....

I begin to swirl them around me focusing on maintaining a balance in my lightning chakra and I swing both whips inward wrapping both whips around the clones chest and then I pull outwards tearing the clone in half and it poofs* O.O

ummm...yeah....thats not what i meant by whipping the lightning around...it not really a whip, the lightning is in your palms and it shhots out...what i meant by whipping it around was that you shoot it around...

*Channels Lightning chakra into my palms and i bring my right hand charged with lightning chakra back, then I swing it around whipping a lightning attack to shoot out from my palm then I do the same with my left.*

*The clone gets bombarded with lightning attacks and poofs away*

...the lightning surges out of my hand in the shape of a hound as it runs through the area breaking through boulders. Now you do the same use your lightning chakra to manipulate it and shape it into a hound that you can send after your enemies...the lightning hound maintains a connection to you through a lightning bolt allowing you to control its direction.

.....the chakra begins to extend from my hand and I begin applying more chakra to mold it into the shape of a hound.....as the hound takes shape, I make it move and run towards a boulder while applying more chakra to keep a bolt of lightning from my hand to the hound stable....

*The hound demolishes the boulder and I make it demolish other nearby boulders as well..* xd

The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

...just like making a clone just concentrate your lightning chakra to mold your lightning into a clone...not that hard if you already know shadow clone technique...
