So far in D Ranks, lightning chakra has been not too hard to control but it does take effort to release the jutsu rapidly as Lightning is the hardest element to build chakra for..

But its easy to say the jutsu ive learned is pretty good for defense (Raging Thunder) and stunning the opponent(Lightning Surge) to buy time to combine with other combos (Like Taijutsu, or other elements)..
