Lightning can be created from high vibrations/friction of chakra and ninjas can use lightning with metal objects like swords & kunai.. Its good at mid-long range attacks its strong against Earth and weak against wind.. It can also be used to paralyze or stun ur opponent..

*Clamps fingers again* *As the electricity is conducted into the clamps i focus my energy to mold my chakra with the electricity and thus creating lightning then i hold it in not letting the lightning dispell*

Hm, try focusing your chakra into lightning chakra and harness the electricity rather than push it away

*Puts sandles back on* Alright, harness not push away *Puts clamps back on, wen the electricity flows into my hands i focus my chakra on keeping the electricity in rather than trying to force it away*
