Terrain: We are fighting on a grassy field. It has lots of trees and large rocks scattered around the field. There is also a wide, deep lake to your left (my right). There are clouds in the sky and it is windy. There are tall mountains about 50m to your right (my left)

The 3rd Kazekage wandered through the konoha woods and out on a field where there was a huge lake located. It was mid day and windy with a chill breeze. The Kazekage hated cold weather as his home was such a warm place, but winds didn't bother him at all.
As he walked towards the lake he pinpointed some mountains on the sides. It was the hokage mountains backside that he recognized. On to the boring details however, there was this other konoha ninja who had just so happened to place his buttcheeks against the grass where the 3rd were walking. This calls for a fight to death..

Donquixote? Should be Donkeyolé.

Doflamingo watches the Kazekage arrive and utter a remark that seemed to be an attempt to insult him. You dare disturb me while I relax? You will be sorry, young fool! Doflamingo glares at the Kazekage with smile on his face. A smile of bloodlust. Standing up, he steps backwards calmly and slams his hands onto the ground, sending a wave of earth chakra into the ground. He raises the ground beneath the Kazekage's feet, lifting it exactly 15 metres into the air.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Once the ground has been elevated, Doflamingo creates an earth golem that materialises from a stream of mud that Doflamingo expels from his mouth. The golem flies into the Kazekage and throws a hard punch into his stomach, which would send him flying off of the square of earth and onto the bed of rock spikes (4 in total) that Doflamingo creates using the Bird handseal after sending the golem towards the Kazekage. The golem stands idle on top of the raised earth, waiting for Doflamingo to channel his chakra into it again.

The 3rd felt the ground under him tremble and he was lifted 15 meters into the air as the turdbird had taken the control under him.

I mean i get that you look up to me but.. Literally? :3

The 3rd then performed a sequence of three handseals and released a decent amount of chakra into your mind to alter a genjutsu. It would be a layered genjutsu and work pretty simple. In the first layer you'd be surrounded by clones of the 3rd and you'd feel yourself sinking into the ground. The secound layer would be a nice copy of the reality where i'd be standing up a hill and you have a stone golem on your right side. In reality, you'd be immobilized til you break out of both layers of the genjutsu.

As you'd be caught in the genjutsu the 3rd then gathered up iron sand through the ground and sent it towards you in form of spikes. They would then emerge from the ground and impale you as other spikes would surround you in all flanks.

Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

Doflamingo sighs inaudibly after hearing the Kazekage refer to him as a "turd-looking" bird. Your death is going to slow and painful. Suddenly, he saw three clones of his opponent appear before him. The earth golem stands at his side. Doflamingo was a clever man. He knew a genjutsu when he spotted one. It was highly unlikely that the Kazekage was able to create clones so far away from him and in an instant, especially since he was only known for his Iron Sand. Also, Doflamingo had created the golem so that it would fly into the Kazekage, but it stood at his side. To test his theory, he sent a mental command to the earth golem, to tell it to attack, but nothing happened. As I suspected, Doflamingo said as currents of lightning swirled around his body, releasing him from the genjutsu.
After releasing himself from the genjutsu, Doflamingo notices the iron spikes appear from the ground and uses Chidori Nagashi again to disrupt the magnetic field and causing the spikes to collapse.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

He then uses his water chakra to create a pool of water beneath the Kage's feet. He preforms the 4 required handseals and eight bullets of water shoot up from the pool, lifting him up into the air. Then, the water bullets condense above him to form a large water dragon. The dragon roars and slams into the Kazekage, sending him hurtling towards the ground.

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

The Sandaime Kazekage watched as his genjutsu fell apart as well as the iron sand cluster he had sent under his opponent.

Meh, i didn't even try.

The 3rd started off by gathering up a small amount of chakra that he then released into the opponents mind. He would then see a boulder of fire descending towards him. It'd travel fast and instantly develop panic to the confused Donquixote.

Secoundly, the 3rd gathered up some katon chakra and channeled it to his lungs. He then exhaled a huge ball of fire that would travel towards the opponent and create a huge explosion upon impact.

Let's see if your smart. I doubt it though >.>.
