I feel the same way actually, you can't really equate Pain's resurrection like jutsu to the difficulty Naruto & Sasuke had defeating Kaguya.

But Naruto and Sasuke does all that to save lives also not just people but animals, plants.

But in the way to saves all lives/living being, taking a lives involve/cant be avoided in the way to save the world and living being from distruction in NV cases.

Conclusion is, saving lives is more difficult than taking a lives no matter in real life or fiction
