My story takes place one year after the War. Tobi was killed and Madara was eventually defeated and sealed, Although Oonoki Died, Kabuto awoke for izanami and no longer wished to absorb Sasuke, who then decided to allow kabuto to live. Sasuke is still on a mission to destroy Konoha and is currently in hiding, and gaining all the followers he can, Naruto is still determined to bring Sasuke back.
Kakashi survived the war, when tobi took an oppurtunity to kill him Gai released the 8 gates and saved him, dying whilst doing so. Tsunade survived and is still the Hokage, I think that's pretty much everything, let me know how you like it.
Through the smothering snowstorm 4 silhouettes make their way to a large fortress, to be greeted by an aged man.
Tsunade: I apologize for our lateness, it seems some of my guards are incapable of telling time.
Naruto: She's talking about you ya'know sensei *Whispering to kakashi*
Kakashi: She was speaking plurally, besides everyone knows you're the goof-ball of the village! *whispering back to Naruto*
Mifune: Not to worry Lady Hokage, understandable when travelling with Kakashi, he's well known for being late *He says with a hearty chuckle*
Naruto Proceeds to laugh whilst Kakashi sighs with a mixture of embarrassment and disappointment
Mifune: Well the other Kages are already in side, and it's freezing out here so lets head on in.
As they enter the conference room the other Kages are talking amongst themselves, Gaara the Kazekage, Mei the Mizukage and A the Raikage having fought alongside eachother against Madara they're like old friends, the new Tsuchikage Kurotsuchi is the Grandaughter Oonoki and secretly resents the other kage for allowing her grandfather to die
Raikage: Nice of you to finally join us Tsunade
Tsunade: Yes well I shan't bore you with the details of our late arrival, as It's freezing here and I want to go home.
Mei: Right let's begin then.
They proceed to discuss about various investigations and theory's that the villages have devised over the past year, until the subject of Sasuke Uchiha arises
Raikage: Well, the war has ended and he has shown no signs of surrender or remorse, In the eyes of the cloud he is a villain and shall be treated as such.
Mei: Unfortunately I must agree with the Raikage, Since the end of the war Sasuke has been the greatest threat to innocent lives and peace, I would suggest that he is to be killed on site.
Kurotsuchi: I also believe that he must be killled, we cannot be seen to be weak, he has broken multiple laws all punishable by death, and yet we still seem reluctant to kill him, we mustn't give him any special treatment, it only glamorises villainy to others.
Naruto grinds his teeth and begins to shake violently, until startled by the touch of Kakashi's reassuring hand on his shoulder
Tsunade: I understand-
Tsunade is cut off, as Naruto hears her first 2 words and can't contain his thoughts any longer
Naruto: WHAT HAS IT TO DO WITH ANY OF YOU!!! *Screams naruto as he bursts through the curtain*
Immediately all guards burst forth from their curtains, jumping at the the chance to shield their leaders
Kakashi: Naruto! You can't -
Naruto: NO SENSEI, I'VE BIT MY TONGUE LONG ENOUGH! SASUKE HAS DONE NOTHING TO ANY OF THESE VILLAGES, SURE HE ATTACKED UNCLE BEE, BUT HE NEVER KILLED HIM, AND HE ATTACKED THE SUMMIT, BUT ALL HE REALLY HURT WAS THE KAGE'S PRIDE! AND THIS PAST YEAR HE HAS REMAINED STILL, IT IS OUR VILLAGE THAT HE SEEKS VENGEANCE ON, SO LET US WORRY ABOUT -
Tsunade: NARUTO YOU LOST YOUR RIGHT TO SPEAK AT THIS MEETING WHEN YOU DECLINED THE TITLE OF HOKAGE. Now as I was saying, I understand where you're coming from, although as Naruto just said Sasuke's quarrel is with us, but he is an extremely dangerous criminal, so you have my blessing as Hokage to Kill Sasuke *Naruto begins to open his mouth in outrage* I haven't finished Naruto, You have my permission, but only on the basis of him attacking one of your villages or neighbouring villages, or interfering with your missions or dealings, otherwise leave him to the Leaf village, he is our problem and we shall deal with him.
Raikage: I hope you know what you're doing Tsunade, that boy as much as I hate to admit it is extremely powerful and talented, the last thing this world needs is another Madara Uchiha, should your choice today effect us negatively, I cannot promise you that this alliance shall continue.
Tsunade: I understand, and as Naruto said he hasn't shown any signs of attack in the past year, perhaps he's given up his personal mission of veng -
Before Tsunade has a chance to finish her sentence the ceiling caves in as a huge Clay monstrosity drops through
Kakashi: Impossible! This is Deidera's-
Naruto: KAKASHI NO TIME!
Naruto immediately enters his Kyuubi Chakra mode and places his hand on Kakashi's shoulder, just as Kakashi had done to him earlier, although this time Kakashi's whole body is shrouded in a bubbling orange aura. Kakashi knows exactly what to do and has already lifted his headband in anticipation, as soon as he receives the immense chakra from naruto his sharingan eye changes and within the instant the Clay beast disappears
Deidera: That's not enough!
Each corner of the room explodes and the roof caves in on the ninja, and the already weakend floor gives way completely. Even in these breif instances everyone knows who the attackers are, and Naruto's worst fear comes true, he can't see how the other kage could possibly spare Sasuke's life now.
