Well, there is actually a possibility that they guy says the truth and it was the girl who wanted to go up to his flat, and she wanted to have *** too.

As I see no conclusive proof from the girl's / the prosecution's part that the girl's story is true and the man lied...I have my reasonable doubts and so I see why he was acquitted. His story doesn't even matter much, he could have come up with anything, we'd still have nothing more than two narratives explaining how the semen got there. But the girl provided no evidence (witnesses or sign of violence) that substantiate her version.

Whether the girl was lying or not is not being considered that much because she stuck to her story while the guy kept changing and readjusting his story as new facts came up and the excuse he came up with for the dna found inside the girl was most bizarre. She was wearing shorts(she mentioned and he didn't deny that) and I am assuming more clothes because neither of them mentioned a need for her to dress herself up before she left. How could he penetrate her accidentally with his penis that was sticking out when he fell over?
