Naruto Uzumaki is the most unrealistic character I have ever seen. Naruto believes in forgiveness and communicating through feelings. Sharing his thoughts and trying to convert people to his side through any means necessary. No matter how much pain and suffering people cause Naruto, he will do whatever it takes to change their ways, unless they are just plainly evil like Hidan or Kakuzu, but that is a different story. Naruto has Tnj'd so many people in this series. Zabuza, Neji, Gaara, Nagato, and even Obito were all converted to Naruto's way of peace. Even after living his whole childhood life alone, shunned by his own village for most of his childhood only to have everyone accept him because he got stronger and Naruto saved their fodder asses from Pain because they were too weak to do anything themselves so they needed a 16 year old kid to save them. The Konoha ninja are only bandwagoners who only started liking Naruto because he got stronger and protected them from their deaths. The dark Naruto was absolutely right, but that topic is for another day.
Naruto later on, discovered the secret of his parents and how his life started and who was behind all of his parents suffering and struggles. After figuring out all of this, Naruto still tried to convert Obito to his side and still tried to forgive and forget the past just to help his enemies. Naruto's way is the will of Fire. Totally unrealistic ideals of achieving everlasting peace through his teachers wishes. There is no such thing as everlasting peace. Only a fool would think that. There will always be darkness in to oppose the light. This is a human cycle of the universe. It will never end, so trying to change everyone with your gay speeches will not change a damn thing.
Sasuke is not like Naruto as he believes in revenge and change. Staying in a little village, noticing that being nurtured and sheltered by his comrades and friends will not make him stronger. He soon left the village, and this was the right choice, as if he stayed in the village then he would have never gotten strong enough to achieve his goals. Sasuke believes in protecting what he cares for deeply and willing to step over bodies to get to his goals. Sasuke is indeed a pure hearted child, but he can be self-absorbed with his goals, but his goals are for a reason. It is not a selfish wish or goal to seek revenge for your own clans demise. Only a fool would reject that chance and play all goody goody in a village. Sasuke will do what ever it means to get the job done. His family and clan were all destroyed by his brother, and he set his entire life and decided to kill Itachi. He then accomplished that goal only to find out that it was Konoha who were behind the whole thing and his brothers actions. Sasuke decides to destroy Konoha for the suffering of his brother. Sasuke's decisions and actions are reasonable, as it was Danzo's fault to begin with, but I will not get into all that now. Sasuke noticed that the current village system was flawed and cricked so he decided that he wanted to become hokage. Sasuke understand that changing what has occurred for many years will change for future generations. Jiraiya and Minato have been trying for years to bring peace, and still have not succeeded. This can imply that the same old tactics will not work. Change and order is necessary in order to make things better and this is something that Sasuke understand, and thus why Sasuke would make a better hokage than Naruto. U_U
