I thought to get MS you just had to kill your closest friend. but i'm thinking there's a way around that because who'd kakashi kill to get it? i didn't realize in order to get EMS one would need the eyes of a brother. i also thought madara took the eyes of his brother because it was convenient because he could get close to him. i thought any uchiha eye would work. my bad...

How Kakashi got his MS is still a mystery.
He has stated that everyone close to him is dead, yet he comes back in shippuden with MS
?
I expect Kishi to go into how he got it after the whole Pein ark is over and done with.
