Sasuke's teleportation "prep time"

So sasuke was feeling fine, he just closed his eye incase he might get tired later? You think that is a more likely explanation than him closing his eye because of strain/ high chakra drain? There are numerous examples of a dojutsu being closed when the user is already tired, but never has a user closed their eye preemptivly while in a fight because it might drain them later. Its kinda ridiculous to assume this situation is any different.
Sasuke also hasnt used his teleport back to back since he closed his eye after chasing madara down.

Then explain why he seemingly couldn't use it to escape from this.

What facts ? Making a comparison that has nothing to do with anything ? Nobody gives a **** if you formed a conclusion, your conclusion doesn't mean shit, the manga's words do.

see there you go again. lmao. my conclusion has everything to do with what kishi has drawn. kishi has drawn the same thing for one of two reasons all the time(infact my uchiha/kakashi who has closed there eye has done it for the reasons i said). these a facts so logically sasuke had to have closes his eye for the reasons we said. heck even people disagreeing agreed with us which shows our conclusion in fact means something. i honestly dont care if you disagree but dont go throwing tantrums because some one disagreed with you, it shows a lack of maturity

But you're speculating that Sasuke's s/t is on part in speed when it was never compared to the FTG by anyone while Naruto's foot speed in KM and BM were compared to Minato's speed by Bee 2x, Yamato 1x, Tsunade 1x, A 1x, and Kakashi 1x and Gai saying he was really fast. Obito's s/t was compared to Minato's and Tobirama's FTG by Minato himself and he still out sped him. A's speed was compared to Minato's as well by saying he was the fastest after Minato died and before Naruto out sped him. Sasuke's speed was seen by Kakashi, Naruto, and Madara who all seen and know about FTG and not one compared it, only said it was fast or like a teleporting jutsu so until that's compared to, Sasuke's s/t is slower. It resembles Law's room power since it has a range and can switch targets and move them around in his range.
The fact that the manga shows Uchihas close their eye after straining their eye is enough proof to show that Sasuke's eye does strain him. Doesn't matter the level of the eye, Sasuke, Itachi and Kakashi done it with their MS after using MS jutsus, Sasuke done it with his EMS after using Amaterasu, Sasuke done it with his Sharinnegan after using 3 s/t jutsu and the ability to see shadows (he has to activate that vision aspect like when he wants to see chakra). It's manga fact that the eyes do feel strain, Sasuke could be wanting to save chakra from that eye or he might needed to rest it but he's not going to close it for no reason when he himself told everyone not to let their guard down, closing his eye is letting his guard down since he only has a limited vision now. It's either Sasuke wanted to save chakra like what Kakashi did with his Sharingan (meaning Sasuke can't turn the Sharinnegan off) or he was resting his eye from the strain of using so many jutsus. Against Kaguya Sasuke didn't use his s/t right after each other as he did with Madara, he had some time between each and was also using his EMS as well to use enton.
I imagine he can't use that tech when in contact with anything else, like he couldn't use it when black zetsu was absorbing his power or right before when kaguya got a hold of naruto and sasuke
