From the latest chapter we've seen that the strain of Sasuke using amaterasu is gone in a very short period of time (no more strained eyes and blood). Sasuke's EMS is growing stronger at an immense rate and the final Susanoo we saw against the zetsu is only a small taste of what's to come.
