Sasuke's state of mind

i cant help but wonder what Kishimoto will do as to Sasuke's standing out against the leaf due to the fate of his brother. But now that hes had this last chance to spend with his brother and knows how Itachi feels about him, the leaf, and his hatred for it... i wonder if itachis revalations to sasuke and affection twoards him will change sasukes mind about where he satnds on the Leaf

He's probably going to stick with the path of revenge to be honest.

I think the plot relies on him remaining vengeful. I believe the story will end with Naruto vs. Sasuke and that they will both die fighting one another as was foreshadowed earlier in the story line.

i think itachi kind of buttered him up and it's going to be at the back of his mind and then he's going to change somehow when fighting naruto

im not sure which would be a better direction at this point, because it seems like naruto and sasuke are being pushed twoards working together by the overpowerd antagonists apearing in the manga

hopefully sasuke will turn good and confront the two remaining villains of the Naruto verse.
but something tells me that sasuke will remain evil and will die at the hands of Naruto

I agree while there still doors remaining on what the author can do they are as should have been expected far less options. My hope is he eventually does change his heart, but ultimately it's all up to the author
