That doesn't make sense lmao. Eventually Sasuke will run out of chakra due to exhaustion, therefore he'll run out of ashura's chakra, which then takes away his rinnegan (, hence supporting my theory. You need DNA bro). You don't "run" out of DNA.

Also don't say his body will make more ashura chakra because that's nonesense. He's born with uchiha chakra and that will always flow through him. His body wont suddenly start restoring/making ashura chakra.

It's not DNA but the mixing of Indra's and Ashura's chakra that awakened the rinnegan, i.e., had the transmigration been over, Hashi's cells wouldn't do jack to Madara's EMS.

What he says implies that even if another Uchiha besides Madara planted Hashirama's DNA in himself, they wouldn't awaken the Rinnegan because they wouldn't possess Indra's chakra. It works with Sasuke because he is Indra's reincarnation. Obito is the proof of that.

Ashura's chakra + Indra's= standard Rinnengan; however Sasuke's left eye isn't the standard Rinnengan and therefore the requirements of achieving Sasuke's unique mutation is unknown.
As a fact Hashirama cells increase the power of the Sharingan. This is probably because of the roots of their power being tied back to the Sage and his sons. Even if Hashirama is no longer Ashura, the fact that his lineage ties back to Ashura and that his own power is so great could possibly make Hashirama cells a decent yet imperfect substitute for Ashura's chakra and could therefore possibly result in Sasuke's current mutation.
