The permanent/correct way of unlocking the full power of rinnegan is Uchiha + Senju DNA. Sasuke has a rinnegan only on his left eye, not right. His temporary rinnegan abilities is also limited because 2 rinnegans >>>>>>>> 1 rinnegan.

you need to combine Ashuras and Indras chakra. Which means he would Narutos DNA. As he is the current inheritor of Ashura

That doesn't make sense lmao. Eventually Sasuke will run out of chakra due to exhaustion, therefore he'll run out of ashura's chakra, which then takes away his rinnegan (, hence supporting my theory. You need DNA bro). You don't "run" out of DNA.

Also don't say his body will make more ashura chakra because that's nonesense. He's born with uchiha chakra and that will always flow through him. His body wont suddenly start restoring/making ashura chakra.

Power he got from Rikudo is that moon on his hand and probably the tomoe he has on his Rinnegan.

I guess. Sasuke only have half of the Sages Chakra which awaken the Rinnegan. He does not have the both Rinnegan eyes to awaken its true potential but he has the Sages Ckakra which takes him a step above than someone such as Nagato who is only Uzumaki (Senju-lineage) with Madara's Rinnegan transplanted.
