4 of these people/groups are alread dead. When that actually 1% extra brain power kicks in MAYBE he'll get that he has to kill tobi to avenge everything.

Yeah to a point but what did the uchihas do they got comfortable. Their mistake was plotting to take over kohona when they had two chances, 1st was when they should have ahad Madara's back instead being dumbasses and the 2nd is whe Tobi attacked the village , hell when tobi attacked that was a perfect time.

Sasuke's actions are understandable, punishment of the elder and the ROOT is acceptable but killing of Konoha civilians is not justified . . . it was people like Sarutobi, Kakashi, Naruto and others who fed, sheltered and gave Sasuke company when his family was killed and all of the civilians felt sorry for the Uchiha massacre . . . in ever sense they are innocent.

Let's say this near-mindless killing of Konoha is justified.

He's already an international criminal, if it wasn't for Tobi and his war the world would be after his head.

If he goes for Konoha, Gaara won't take this sitting down, that means Suna would be after him. With Onoki's newfound respect for Gaara, Iwa would probably join in as well. With Sasuke "capturing" Killer Bee in the past, A and Kumo would also join in. Theres no specific reason for Mei & Kiri to join, but being an international criminal is probably enough. And let's not forget the Samurai as well, for breaking into the Summit killing Samurai around, and for being somewhat allied with the ninja, that gives Mifune reason to join as well

It turns from Sasuke vs Konoha, to Sasuke vs Suna, Iwa, Kumo, Kiri, and the Samurai all at the same time.

Sasuke is going to die dragging the Uchiha name farther in the mud than its ever been.

Someone finally gets it, Sasuke's revenge at this point is only justified through selfish intent. Itachi wanted Sasuke and Konoha's protection, he didn't want his beloved younger brother going on a suicide mission to destroy what he worked so hard to protect in the first place.

Sasuke meant everything to Itachi, even more so than the village itself, what Sasuke has planned thus far makes little sense to me. He seems more like a pawn of Tobi's at this point, less of an antagonist and more of a tool.

I lost a great deal of respect for him around the time he attacked killer bee and the cloud...but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe once he get's the truth from a reliable source that isn't Tobi he'll change his mind and follow his brothers will. Yet again even after speaking to Itachi and finding out everything that happened all those years ago he still wants revenge...I just don't get it.

Orochimaru believes he has changed, maybe he has swayed off the path of revenge for now, but whoever he is about to talk I believe will push his influence in either a direction of peace or it will further fuel his revenge and inevitably lead to his demise.

Revenge is just his tool to fill the emptyness inside his heart after he killed Itachi. He deeply regretted killing him and now that he was able to talk to him one more time, he sees that alot of people just use him and treat him like a kid. He has to mature out of it. I hated him when he was blindly running around, killing away, screaming and not thinking.

He based his life on killing Itachi, when he got that, he was lost. Then he killed Danzo, thinking that this would be what Itachi wants. Now he knows what Itachi had planned for him and he got Itachi's forgiveness. He came out of the conversation strengthened and wants to find his own way now.

Must suck when you have no one to talk to anymore, everyone betrayed you and you have to find your own place in the world. If he only knows that Naruto really is his friend but he is way too proud to accept it.

How do you know that reviving Orochimaru isn't a step in the right direction, to sasuke it is. Who honestly has more knowledge the Orochimaru no one, so who is the only one that can help sasuke?
