Bigger =/= better, stronger. Sasukes Susanoo might be smaller, but its much seperior to Madaras PS.

Is it strong enough to tank Narutos attack? Prabably yes, although it would be damaged. But no one can say for sure, we can only speculate.

If Sasuke used his current Susanoo on Narutos Kurama avatar it would be dufferent - we would see horns on its forehead and holes in its mouth.
